With aurosa LED light therapy, you give your skin an effective, science-based boost.
The aurosa LED light therapy mask is ideal as an effective part of your skincare routine at home.
How Often and For How Long?
Start gently. We recommend beginning with 5-minute sessions, at most every other day, and observing how your skin responds. After 3–4 weeks, you can increase to 10 minutes if everything feels good. Rest days are important — you should not use LED light therapy daily. Think of it like exercise: both muscles and skin need recovery time to regenerate.
How to Get the Most Out of LED Treatment
Before You Start
- Your skin must be completely clean and dry before treatment. Cleanse as usual and avoid products with acids before use.
- Use the Mask on Cleansed Skin
- Start with 5 minutes of treatment, max every other day.
- Be Consistent – regular use yields the best results.
Because red light increases blood circulation in the skin, you may notice slight redness immediately after treatment. This is normal and temporary.
We recommend avoiding creams or serums with active ingredients such as retinol or vitamins A and C after LED light therapy. If your skin needs extra care, choose a hydrating serum or moisturizer instead.
Do not use the mask if you have been treated for melanoma (skin cancer), are photosensitive, or have epilepsy.
If you have darker skin (Fitzpatrick skin type III, IV, or V), you should generally not use light therapy.
If you are uncertain about whether you can use light therapy, always consult your doctor first.

Use + and – to choose between the four available wavelengths.

The default power level is 100%, and we recommend keeping it there.

4. Set frequency (Hz)
Press “Set” once more to open the frequency setting. Adjust Hz using + and –. You’ll now see the diodes pulsing.
The default frequency is 0 (Zero), and we recommend leaving it at this setting.
Pulsing light can be used if you experience warmth when using near-infrared (NIR) light.
